CAS Array using DNS round-robin issues with Exchange 2010 SP2 Rollup 4

I recently rebuilt our CAS array and in doing so we migrated from Exchange 2010 SP1 Rollup 3 to SP2 Rollup 4. We are using three nodes for the CAS/HUB roles with a DNS round-robin for clients connecting. Some clients work without any issues while others can login and then get kicked out.

The users can use a selection of systems with some working and others not. The ones that have the problem will have the issue with any user logging in. Thus ruling out individual users.

Now take a device which does not work on Tuesday, now on Wednesday works fine.

The logs look clean, I even turned some of the LDAP logging to high on the CAS server to see if there are any issues.

In testing I attempted to use OWA from a system at home connecting with the "private" option and let it sit after pulling up my mailbox for a few minutes and then started to click around. About 10 to 15 clicks in I got bounced to the login page. Very strange but then I start to check the firewall logs and the second I got kicked out my test system at home switched from CASHUB-2 to CASHUB-3.

My question is the setup is basically a rebuild of an existing setup. Is this functioning as designed or am I experiencing a bug with Rollup 4? Any suggestions for configuration adjustments?
